OUR PROCESS
Surface Preparation and Cleaning: We start by thoroughly pressure washing the pavers to remove dirt, debris, and any remaining old sand. This ensures the joints are clean and ready for new sand to be applied.
Filling Joints with Polymeric Sand: Once the surface is dry, we evenly distribute premium polymeric sand into the joints between the pavers. Polymeric sand is a specially formulated mix that hardens when activated with water, providing superior strength and durability compared to regular sand.
Vibrating the Sand: To ensure the sand settles deep into every joint, we vibrate the sand within the joints, ensuring that every joint is completely filled. This process stabilizes the pavers, preventing them from shifting and minimizing the chances of future weed growth or insect infestation.
Final Touches and Activation: After vibrating the sand, we lightly rinse the surface with water to activate the polymers in the sand. This causes the sand to harden, locking the pavers firmly in place and creating a long-lasting, solid surface that resists erosion and movement.
